Hi Jessica,
I'm now back in Belgium. I would like to give you my feedback concerning the trip in Jordan. One word will be enough : perfect.
The preparation, the organization, the planning in Jordan. The driver (Ali) was very nice and always on time. The car was comfortable and very clean (even after our tour in the Wadi Rum). The best hotel of the tour was the Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea. Wonderful and great service. Kind regards.

Dear Jessica and/or Areej,
Thursday we returned from our trip in the Middle East. It has been a wonderful experience, where we found links with the ancient past and modern life in the orient. In Jordanie we had a smoothly organised trip, where the drivers made sure that we had a seemless carryover from one car to the other, including our transitions from and to Damascus. The hotels were of high standards, especially the Marriot at Dead Sea.
We are please to have been very well received by all people that we met. It certainly underlines the well known hospitality of the middle east. A special thanks is in place for our driver Mohammad Farajat, who has pleased us very much by adapting the travelscheme to our wishes and has taken the time to introduce us to the people in Jordan.
We are most content with the contents of the trip: The desert road to Petra and the dead sea route to the Dead Sea, give a very complete vieuw of the countryside in Jordan. The visit to the clove and old city in Petra are already worth the efforts of the entire trip. Really breathtaking. The experience of the Dead Sea is also very pleasant, especially the swimming (floating) in the heavy salt-saturated water. The weater was most pleasing for us: cool in Petra and warm at the dead sea.
We can see back onto a very succesful and pleasing holidays in Jordan. Your vital role in the organisation is greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.
Yours Sincere,
Riet and Toon Haije

Hi Areej Just back today and catching up at work so I will keep this short. First, just to confirm that both your Mr Bayan and the other driver that took us down to Akabar on our last day were great. Good drivers and very friendly and informative. They made our stay in Jordan very pleasant indeed. Please do convey our thanks and regards to them both. I fully understand your point about the Silk Road hotel in that it was a bit of an emergency plan - but really, that place should not be allowed to provide to tourists at all. I have stayed in many hotels in many places but that has to be the worst I have experienced. The building itself and the furnishings are OK but the management is shockingly inadequate. I wish you would visit there just once yourself to have breakfast. They harm the name of Jordan, even amongst budget travellers, I am sure. Anyway, for us it was just a short and unpleasant experience. "What to do" as they say in India. The ferry to Egypt was also a bad decision on our part. It took much longer than scheduled and we ended up getting to Sharm Al Sheik only at about 8pm that night. I think a flight from Akabar or Petra to Sharm would have been a much better option. I only mention this to you for information - and possibly for your recommendation to your future clients. Anyway, all is done now. Thanks again to you and your team for looking after us so well. We will certainly be happy to recommend your agency to any friends of ours who may want to visit Jordan in the future.
Kind Regards
Etienne Bath

Jessica,
I would just like to thank you for accomodating my changes with the Marriott and making all the arrangements while I was enjoying Wadi Rum.
You have been so efficient and helpful and this has been one of my easiest trips in terms of organization. As lovely as the facilities are at the Marriott, I have to say I hate it! Too many people, too much noise etc. I would much rather be riding Nomas in Wadi Rum in silence, sleeping in a tent, sandy and dirty than staying here. I grew quite attached to that beautiful horse of yours and if I could have fit him in my suitcase and taken him with, I would have! But he belongs here in this stunning landscape. I loved the desert and this is truly a beautiful country. I will certainly be back. Thanks for making Jordan such a memorable experience for me and I wish you all the best.

Dear Jessica, It was a pity we met only once in Petra. I would have loved to see you after the tour as well. Maybe you are wondering why am writing you but I have just thought about how the tour went and want to share this with you. I would like to thank you for the brilliant organisation of the whole tour; everything was just perfect. I think most of us were happy with their horses, at least I was - Mr. Arab was lovely to handle and always energetic. It took me two days to get used to him but then I just loved him. I hope Rami really didn't mind I rode in front so much :-) We all loved the food and the best nights were the nights we slept outside. All in all, it was a wonderful experience to get to know Jordan on horse. As for the "complaint round" on our last night where there was a bit of a useless discussion, I must say I hope Rami and his team know that the majority of us was happy with organisation and everything. There are always people who have to find something to complain and cannot be just happy if everthing is perfect the way it is! The tour was finished far to soon and it was sad to see your team and the horses go yesterday morning. I already miss Arab and some people of our group I really made friends with. Maybe another time ... Finally, please say hello to Rami. I never thanked him personally as the last morning was over so fast. I guess he is not the type for writing e-mails but I would be glad to hear from him that he was as happy with our group as we were with him. I think especially in your kind of job it is important to see that, besides any critics (justified or not), the job you are doing is much appreciated by many people who travel with you! All the best, Heidi

Dear Areej,
From March 7 to 13 we travelled through Jordan, thanks to the fine travel plan you've made. With pleasure I can inform you that we had a great time in your country, and that all the arrangements you made worked good. Also the hotels where we stayed were very satisfied with Jezra travel. The Jordan people are very kind and the highlights of your country are wonderful.
Thank you very much!
Met vriendelijke groet, and greetings from my wife Emmy,

Never have I ever been so surprised by nature, culture and generosity of people as in Jordan. Jordan enriched our lives, and it is an experience of a life time. I can advice everyone to make a trip like ours. We saw history coming a live in Petra, the peacefullness of both seas, the Red Sea as well as the Dead Sea, and a truly indulgence for the eye, Dana, Jordan's national park. The hotels were great especially the hotel in Aqaba. Nevertheless, the trip would not have been so perfect if it hadn't been so well organised. Many thanks to Jezra travel. They kept in contact with us all the time. I can recommend everyone to book their trip at Jezra travel. Jezra travel will make sure you will have the experience of a lifetime and they will make sure that you will see Jordan as it is meant to be seen. With kind regards, Hisham and Mirvat The Netherlands

Many thanks Jessica for the great trip you've organized for your first Portuguese "group" of 4 friends!
The tour has been great with a special highlight everyday: the relaxing Hot Springs, the fantastic desert of Wadi Rum, the marvellous Petra, the riding tour overlooking Petra Mountains, Amman and the amazing Jerash and to finish the stay at the Dead Sea, where we've had lots of fun! You have chosen very nice Hotels, with a really good relation quality/price in Petra/Wadi Musa, Amman and of course the excellent Marriott Hotel at the Dead Sea.
You've sent us the best of the drivers, Mustafa, who has at once understood our wishes, was taking care of the smallest detail, driving very carefully, always with sense of humour! The driver at the Desert was also very good, very kind and he has cooked so well for us! Thanks for all the guides we've had on the spots, specially for the guide at Petra, who was much appreciated by us, the way he explained everything on a "soft way", with humour!
We've appreciated the way you have prepared this trip with us, since the first mail we've sent you! I just can tell you that this trip to Jordan has been unforgettable! We will recommend our friends here in Portugal to contact you at Jezra Travel and use your services for their next trip to Jordan!
Once again many thanks!

Dear Emma of Far and Ride and Jessica of Jezra Travel,
Even before the trip, the first thing that impressed me was the quick & detailed response to all my queries over several email exchanges. This was much appreciated as I had many things to sort out in a short time.
My trip was in two parts: the first part was a tour of various places in Jordan & the second part was the riding tour. For the first part, everything went on perfectly. The drivers & guides were friendly & knowledgeable, day trips went as planned, and the hotel was comfortable. I only wish I had more time to explore Petra.
The riding tour was well organized and I must especially commend the excellent food. When you are out riding & camping in the desert, the last thing you want is bad food, so I was most pleased with the good food. Everyone was really friendly, and I had a great fun time. Before the trip, I was a little concerned about the weather (being December) but it turned out fabulous. The Wadi Rum desert landscape is beautiful; the Jordanians will tell you that you go there "to find yourself". The horses are well looked after and, being Arabians, are spirited which adds to the fun. I would recommend the tour / riding operator to anyone interested to visit Jordan.
Cheers Kevin
